We Carry The Schedule Risk.
We lead the program and control the schedule and the capital. Design, engineering, and construction execute under TerraWatt’s management, on TerraWatt’s standard. Merchant, build-to-suit, and forward-funded, delivered to the timelines and specifications the most demanding tenants require.

Operate
We Operate What We Build.
TerraWatt operates the assets it builds. Uptime, SLA performance, and tenant accountability sit with us, and the facilities and M&E specialists on site execute under our management and our standard. Because we are not structured to recycle capital at stabilization, hold period is a decision, not a default. Some assets we hold. Some we sell. The tenant’s counterparty does not change at commissioning.
