Site origination. Strategic parcel control. Horizontal development. We identify and secure sites with proximity to transmission, substations, and fiber, with power access as the first screen, not the last. Every parcel comes forward de-risked at the source.
Power is the single biggest constraint on digital infrastructure today, and the discipline at the heart of everything we do. We secure, structure, and optimize power for every asset we bring to market, with dedicated energy expertise working across every project from origination forward. Power strategy begins at site selection, not after it.
Development leadership from design through commissioning. We lead the program, manage the capital, and bring together the industry’s top design, engineering, and construction partners, delivering merchant builds, build-to-suit, and forward-funded projects on the timelines and to the specifications the most demanding tenants require.
Long-term ownership and stewardship. TerraWatt is built to hold stabilized assets under its own flag and partners with leading operations specialists to deliver the reliability, uptime, and accountability mission-critical tenants require. A portfolio that compounds with every asset added.
